Our History
Intersect Development Group was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019 with one goal: to intersect our stakeholders’ interests with our developments to create value for all.
Our founding principals have over 100 years combined in the development business with over 15 million square feet developed.

This comprehensive approach to development has fueled our rapid portfolio expansion, including the successful completion of prominent buildings in strategic markets, such as:

- Huntsville, Alabama, positioned prominently adjacent to I-565.
