Director of DEVELOPMENT
Chase has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry providing project management, risk management, and dispute resolution services to owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
Chase began his career managing commercial construction projects as both a subcontractor and a design/build general contractor before working as a dispute resolution consultant performing forensic schedule analysis, labor productivity studies, and other analyses critical to the support of construction litigation engagements. His experience includes both domestic and international construction projects representing over $10B in capital investments and Chase has consulted for clients seeking (or defending) in excess of $1.5B in damages.
As Intersect’s Director of Development, Chase is responsible for all development operations from site selection, entitlements, and design through construction, leasing, and property management on all capital projects.
Chase received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Emory University Goizueta Business School where he was honored to serve as President of his class. Chase is a licensed Professional Engineer.
