Chase Callaway
Director of Construction
Chase Callaway received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Emory University Goizueta Business School where he was honored to serve as President of his class. Chase is a licensed Professional Engineer and a globally certified Project Management Professional.
Chase has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry providing project management, risk management, and dispute resolution services to owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
As Intersect’s Director of Construction, Chase is responsible for leadership, management, and oversight of construction operations from pre-development and design through construction and turn-over on all capital projects.
Chase began his career managing commercial construction projects as both a subcontractor and a design/build general contractor before working as a dispute resolution consultant performing forensic schedule analysis, labor productivity studies, and other analyses critical to the support of construction litigation engagements. His experience includes both domestic and international construction projects representing over $10B in capital investments and Chase has consulted for clients seeking (or defending) in excess of $1.5B in damages.
