Intersect Development Group Announces Sale of Orlando I Facility

December 2022 – Lease signed with MOBIS Parts America, LLC for 292,950 SF.

February 2023 – Construction completed on a 464,000 SF Class A cross-doc industrial facility located at 795 Pace Road in Auburndale, FL.

March 2023 – Facility sold to Bentall GreenOak (BGO), a leading global real estate investment management firm.

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group has sold a 464,000 SF Class A industrial facility within Pace Logistics Center in Auburndale, Florida, to Bentall GreenOak (BGO), a leading global real estate investment management company.

Completed in February 2023, the single-story cross-dock building is located at 795 Pace Road and features 40-foot clear heights, a 190-foot truck court, and 350 parking spaces.

Prior to completion, Intersect secured a lease with MOBIS Parts America, LLC for 292,950 SF in December 2022. The sale to BGO closed in March 2023.
