Intersect Development Group Announces Lease of Huntsville I Facility 

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group has completed a 144,000 SF speculative industrial facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Core and shell construction was finalized in February 2022. 

In June 2022, Intersect secured a full-building lease with Nippon Express, a global logistics provider. Huntsville I represents a key addition to Intersect’s growing portfolio of Class A industrial developments across the Southeast.
