Intersect Development Group Announces Full Lease-Up of Huntsville II Facility 

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group has fully leased its 229,000 SF speculative industrial development, Huntsville II, located in Huntsville, Alabama. 

In March 2024, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation signed a lease for 175,000 SF. This was followed in June 2024 by a 54,000 SF lease with Legacy Warehouse, LLC, bringing the facility to 100% occupancy.
