Intersect Development Group Advances Gastonia I Development 

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group is moving forward with Gastonia I, a 462,000 SF speculative Class A cross-dock industrial facility in Gastonia, North Carolina. 

Intersect purchased the site in November 2022 and closed on a construction loan in August 2025, paving the way for vertical development. 

The project will deliver state-of-the-art logistics capabilities to the Gastonia submarket, strategically positioned to serve the greater Charlotte region with a construction completion target of Q3 2026.
