March 2025 – Construction started on Building 500, a 163,372 SF dock-high warehouse in Auburndale, FL.

August 2025 – Tilt-wall installation began.

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group is moving forward with 1050 Pace Center Drive, a 163,372 SF dock-high warehouse development located in Auburndale, FL.

Construction began in March 2025, and tilt-wall installation commenced in August 2025. The project is slated for completion in April 2026.

The facility will feature tilt-wall exteriors, individual electrical services ranging from 400–2000A (277/480V, 3-Phase), a 32’ clear height, 52’ column spacing, 177 car parking spaces, and 65 additional truck parking spaces.

Strategically located 2.2 miles south of I-4 (Exit 38), 0.6 miles from the Polk Parkway, and 1.7 miles from Florida Polytechnic University, the property sits immediately north of SunTrax and is surrounded by major occupiers including Hyundai, Medline, Amazon, and Saddle Creek.
