Jack Welanetz
DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Jack Welanetz is a Development Associate at Intersect Development Group, where he supports the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of industrial development projects across the Southeast. His responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and coordination with project stakeholders throughout each phase of development.
Before joining Intersect, Jack studied Finance and Mandarin at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, where he focused on international finance and real estate investment. He brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to development, combining a strong understanding of capital markets with a collaborative mindset.
Originally from Atlanta, Jack grew up abroad in Shanghai and Dubai, experiences that shaped his global perspective and appreciation for dynamic markets. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and enjoys sports and travel.
