Chase Callaway
Director of DEVELOPMENT
Chase Callaway leads operations across both sides of Intersect’s integrated platform, serving as Director of Development for Intersect Development Group and Chief Operating Officer for Intersect Construction Group. His dual role exemplifies the seamless collaboration between development and construction that defines Intersect’s approach to delivering complex commercial and industrial projects.
With more than 15 years of construction industry experience, Chase oversees all development operations—from site selection and entitlements through design, construction, leasing, and property management—while simultaneously managing day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Intersect Construction.
Chase began his career managing commercial construction projects as both a subcontractor and design/build general contractor before transitioning to construction dispute resolution consulting. His consulting portfolio includes domestic and international projects representing over $10 billion in capital investments, with experience on claims seeking or defending in excess of $1.5 billion in damages. This breadth of experience—from hands-on project execution to high-stakes dispute resolution—provides Chase with an unparalleled perspective on risk management, operational efficiency, and project delivery.
Chase holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he served as President of his class. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and brings the analytical rigor of his engineering background to every aspect of development and construction management.
Chase and his wife Ashley are parents to three children: James (7), Will (5), and Adalyn (2). His time away from the office is spent enjoying the controlled chaos of family life!
