Frank Schuler

A founding partner at Intersect, Frank is part of its leadership team and supports the company with its capital partners and strategic relationships. He has led multiple companies in large-scale acquisition, entitlement, and disposition of real estate. Frank also serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Fortem Holdings, a private equity and real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, GA. Fortem owns various operating businesses in the industrial development, homebuilding, healthcare, and service sectors. The firm’s portfolio companies deliver consistent internal rates of return above industry averages, maintain strong performance through connected leadership teams, and make strategic capital investments to enhance buy-and-build strategies and vertical integration.
Frank’s interests include spending time with his family, working out, and playing the drums. He has generously supported and advocated for numerous charitable organizations throughout his career, focusing especially on animal welfare, children’s education, and combating human trafficking. Organizations where Frank has been involved or a member include Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), the Ron Clark Academy, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Business Executives for National Security, and The Economic Club of Washington, D.C.
