Barbara Borczak serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Intersect Group of Companies, bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience advising middle-market businesses in the commercial real estate sector. Her expertise in complex tax planning, partnership structuring, and strategic financial management makes her an essential partner in navigating the intricacies of large-scale development and construction projects.
Before joining Intersect, Barbara served as financial advisor at a large regional CPA firm headquartered in Atlanta. She holds a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University and maintains active involvement with the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she is a 2004 graduate of the GSCPA Leadership Academy.
