Construction Update: Greensboro I

JULY 2021 –

We are pleased to share that the construction of our 475,000 square foot speculative industrial development at our Greensboro site is on track to finish by the end of 2021. The site features tilted walls, roofing installation, paint, site asphalt and more and is currently available for lease upon completion.
