Construction Announcement: Orlando I

MARCH, 2021 –

We are proud to share that Phase I of Intersect’s Polk Pkwy Logistics Center is set to break ground by the end of 2021. Phase I of this project includes the construction of a 464,000 square-foot speculative industrial facility representing the first of a multi-phase logistics park in the highly desirable central Florida I-4 corridor. Phase I is accompanied by a series of three small research and development buildings that will also be on-site. Once completed the site will enter Phase II and incorporate another 55+ acres into the initial development.
