Project Announcement: Charlotte I

OCTOBER 2021 –

Intersect Development Group today expanded its presence in the Carolina’s with the acquisition of approximately 50 acres of land in the I-85 corridor just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. Upon completion, the site will house two buildings, a 560,000 square foot crossdock building and a 185,000 rear load site. 

Based in Atlanta, Intersect Development Group is on a mission to become the leading developer of Class “A” industrial real estate in the United States. The firm’s goal is to marry the interests of all involved parties within their developments and create value for all and is currently a leading developer of master-planned industrial parks across the Southeast.
