Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group has officially broken ground on its industrial development at 2550 Jenkins Dairy Road in Gastonia, North Carolina.

The project will deliver a ±462,000 SF Class A cross-dock warehouse, with construction currently underway and completion expected in Q4 2026.

The building is designed to accommodate modern distribution users, featuring 40’ clear height, 100 dock doors (plus 20 knockouts), 215 trailer parking spaces, 328 auto parking spaces, ESFR sprinkler system, and 4,000 amps of power.

Situated on a ±67-acre site with immediate access to I-85, the property offers strong connectivity to the Charlotte region, located just 28 miles from Charlotte and 22 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
