Intersect Development Group Begins Construction on 1030 Pace Center Drive

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group has officially broken ground on 1030 Pace Center Drive, a 104,084 SF dock-high warehouse development located in Auburndale, FL.

Construction began in March 2025, with completion expected in Q1 2026. The building will feature tilt-wall exteriors, individual 400–800A / 277/480V / 3-phase electrical services, 24’ clear height, 52’ column spacing, and 177 parking spaces.

Strategically positioned just 0.6 miles from the Polk Parkway, 2.2 miles from I-4, and 1.7 miles from Florida Polytechnic University, the project sits immediately north of SunTrax and is surrounded by major companies including Hyundai, Medline, Walmart, Amazon, and Saddle Creek.
