Intersect Development Group Announces Sale of Greensboro I Facility

February 2022 – Construction completed on a 475,000 SF Class A cross-dock logistics facility located on Konica Drive in Whitsett, NC, directly off I-85 / I-40.

April 2022 – Full-building lease executed with Duke Energy of the Carolinas.

May 2022 – Facility sold to Bentall GreenOak (BGO), a leading global real estate investment management firm.

Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group today announced the sale of its 475,000 SF Class A cross-dock logistics facility in Whitsett, North Carolina, to Bentall GreenOak (BGO), a leading global real estate investment management company.

Strategically located on Konica Drive with direct access to I-85 and I-40, the building offers premier logistics capabilities.

In April 2022, Intersect secured a full-building lease with Duke Energy of the Carolinas, which serves as the facility’s primary tenant. The sale to BGO closed in May 2022.
